The EOS Orbit 1U structure carries a CubeSat's subsystems through launch and orbit. Machined from anodized aluminum 7075 and 6061, it accepts a standard PC-104 stack and provides up to four kill switch positions and up to four separation spring positions.

The design family scales from 1U to 16U, and the frame accepts custom mounting options for mission-specific hardware.

  • 1U format, 100 x 100 x 113.5 mm, 115 g
  • Anodized aluminum 7075 and 6061
  • PC-104 CubeSat kit bus compatibility
  • Up to 4 kill switch positions
  • Up to 4 separation spring positions, nominally 2
  • Custom mounting options
  • 1U to 16U configurations available
